1. Requirements specification

2. Battery development

We develop a 3D model and refine it through scheduled reviews to align with all functional and mechanical requirements.

3. Prototype manufacturing

We manufacture a fully functional prototype ready for installation and testing in your machines.

4. testing

The prototype is tested in our lab before undergoing field tests. We support your team in verifying functionality, performance, and system integration.

5. Pilot series

We produce a small pilot series under full production conditions to support early-stage rollout and pilot deployment.

6. Compliance & certification

We ensure the battery complies with all relevant EU regulations, including CE, UN38.3, and the EU Battery Regulation.
